One of the most common questions creators and small business owners ask when building a video presence is whether they should repurpose their long videos into YouTube Shorts.

The concern makes sense on the surface. You put time, energy, and thought into recording a comprehensive long form video. You do not want a 45 second clip to cannibalize your view duration or confuse the recommendation system on your channel.

The short answer is yes. You should publish both formats on YouTube. When done correctly, pairing your long form videos with short form takeaways creates a powerful distribution loop that captures two entirely different viewer habits.

Understanding How the Algorithm Treats Shorts

A major misconception is that posting a Short will cannibalize your main video’s reach. The YouTube algorithm treats Shorts and long form content as largely independent recommendation systems.

The viewer scrolling through the Shorts feed while waiting in line for coffee has a completely different intent than someone sitting at their desk searching for an in-depth walkthrough. A viewer in the Shorts feed rarely browses the homepage at that moment.

When you create a short version of your long video, you are not dividing your existing audience. You are putting a lightweight version of your message in front of an entirely new group of people who would never commit to a fifteen minute video upfront.

The Power of the Related Video Link

YouTube provides a built-in feature that solves the connection between both formats: the Related Video link.

When you upload a Short, YouTube Studio allows you to link any public long form video directly to that Short. A clickable bridge appears right on the screen above your caption.

If a viewer watches your 45 second takeaway and wants the complete, step-by-step breakdown, they can tap one button and jump immediately into the full video. This turns every short clip into an active traffic driver back to your core library without forcing viewers to hunt through your channel profile.

Three Critical Mistakes to Avoid

While publishing both formats works, doing it poorly can hurt your performance. Here are the three traps to watch out for:

Never Post Unedited Fragments
Do not upload a random 30 second snippet cut straight from the middle of your timeline. If the clip begins mid-sentence or ends without completing the thought, viewers will swipe away instantly. A successful Short must function as a standalone piece of content with its own hook, a clear observation, and a solid close.

Avoid Lazy Teaser Previews
Never post a clip that simply says, “Watch the full video on my channel to find out the answer.” Viewers on short form feeds want immediate value. If your clip does not deliver an actual insight on the screen, retention drops and the platform stops showing the clip to new viewers. Deliver the quick lesson inside the Short, and offer the long video as the deeper solution.

Stagger Your Upload Timing
Do not publish your long video and its companion Short at the exact same minute. Upload and publish your long form video first. Once it is live and indexed, publish your Short 24 to 48 hours later. This ensures your Related Video link is active immediately and gives the long video its own initial push.

Extracting More Value from Your Work

Creating consistent content does not mean you have to record five brand new ideas every single day. The real goal is to take one clear problem, break it down thoroughly in a long form video, and pull out the sharpest 45 second lesson for your Shorts feed.

You save hours of recording time while expanding your reach to two distinct audiences on the same platform.

I am still refining my own repurposing workflows and learning right alongside you in public.

If you want to see the exact tools and steps I use to turn one long video into a week of content across platforms, drop a comment with LEARN and I will share the breakdown.

I use software every single day to build tools, write code, run marketing campaigns, and manage projects. For a long time, my go-to routine was locked in. I relied on Claude and ChatGPT for almost everything. They were reliable, they handled my prompts well, and they fit neatly into my daily habits.

Because those tools worked, I stopped looking around. When Google released updates to Gemini, I did not pay much attention. I assumed it was just another corporate response to the AI boom. I figured it was Google trying to stay relevant while everyone else moved ahead. So I made a mistake that a lot of business owners make. I formed an opinion without actually testing the software in my real workflow.

That habit cost me time, and last week I realized just how wrong I was.

The Moment My Bias Got in the Way

It started with a project that hit a wall. I had a massive collection of documents, meeting notes, and long files that I needed to review quickly. I wanted to extract specific insights, organize the points, and get a clean summary without spending two hours reading line by line.

I tried running the files through my usual setup. The processing was slow. The model hit context limits, or it gave me generic answers that missed key details from the middle of the files. I found myself breaking the documents into smaller pieces just to get a usable response.

Frustrated, I decided to try something else. I opened a blank browser tab, went to Gemini, and uploaded the entire batch of documents at once.

I typed out a straightforward request. I asked it to analyze the files, identify the core operational bottlenecks, and outline three clear solutions based only on the text provided.

I hit enter and waited for the usual loading delay. It did not happen. In a matter of seconds, the entire response was laid out on my screen. The analysis was sharp. It pulled details from deep inside the files that my other tools had skipped over completely.

That was the moment I realized I had let my own assumptions slow down my work.

Speed and Context Changed the Game

The biggest realization from that test was not just that Gemini worked. It was how fast and seamless the process felt compared to what I was doing before.

When you run a business or build projects, speed is not just a nice bonus. Speed is momentum. If an AI tool takes two minutes to process a large document, you switch tabs, you check your email, and you lose your focus. When a tool gives you a clear answer in four seconds, you stay in the flow. You finish the task and move to the next item on your list.

Gemini handles raw data and massive files with an speed that caught me completely off guard. On top of that, the way it connects information across files without hallucinating details made me step back and reevaluate how I view these platforms.

Claude is still my primary choice for complex coding tasks. ChatGPT is still a great general assistant with a huge ecosystem. But ignoring Gemini just because I thought I already had my stack figured out was a clear mistake.

The Danger of Software Loyalty

This experience reminded me of a big problem in the tech world. People love to take sides. They become loyal to a brand, a model, or a specific app, and they start defending it like a team.

That mindset is dangerous for entrepreneurs and creators. Software is a tool, not a lifestyle. The moment you decide that one tool is permanently better than everything else is the exact moment you stop improving your operations.

The tech space moves too fast for brand loyalty. A tool that was average six months ago might be leading the market today. A feature that used to require a paid add on might now be built directly into a free model. If you are not testing things for yourself on real work, you are relying on old information.

How to Avoid the Tool Trap

If you want to keep your business lean and productive, here is the rule I am following going forward:

First, stop saving reviews and opinion pieces from social media as facts. Most people posting about tools are just repeating hype or trying to get clicks. The only test that matters is putting the tool through your actual work on a normal Tuesday afternoon.

Second, retest your assumptions every few months. Pick one task that feels slightly slow or clunky in your current software setup. Take that exact same task and run it through a competing tool. Compare the speed, the accuracy, and the effort required to get a final result.

Third, use the right tool for the specific job instead of forcing one tool to do everything. You do not need to pick a single winner. Use one tool for writing, another for heavy document analysis, and another for quick research. Let them compete for your time based on actual performance.

Still Learning in Public

I am not afraid to admit when I get something wrong. I spent months assuming Gemini was not worth my time, and I was completely mistaken. It has earned a permanent spot in my daily workflow because it saves me real hours on real tasks.

We are all figuring out how to use these systems in real time. Technology changes every single week, and the best thing we can do is stay curious, drop our biases, and focus on what actually helps us get work done.

I am still refining my process right along with you.

If you have used AI for more than five minutes, you have probably seen the posts online. People selling huge databases of “10,000 secret prompts” or telling you that you need to master a complex library of templates just to write a simple document.

So you save those posts. You bookmark the folders. And then they sit there, completely untouched, while you go right back to typing basic questions into a blank box and getting frustrating, robotic answers.

I did the exact same thing. I accumulated bookmark folders full of prompts I thought I needed, only to realize I never opened them when it came time to actually do real work.

The truth is, you do not need a massive prompt library to get great results out of AI. You just need a clear structure for how you talk to it. Once you understand the basic mechanics of how these models read your input, you can generate great output every single time using four main steps and one optional add-on.

Step 1: Start With the Outcome

Most people start a prompt by describing a process. They type something like, “I need to think about sending an email to a client about a project update.”

Instead, start with the destination. What do you actually want to hold in your hands when the output is finished?

Tell the AI what the final deliverable looks like right away. For example: “Write a follow up email to a client about a delayed project timeline.” By defining the outcome first, you immediately restrict the AI from wandering off into unnecessary background information.

Step 2: Define the Format

If you do not tell an AI tool how to format its response, it will pick one for you. Usually, that means giant walls of text, massive paragraphs, or unnecessary introductions like “Sure! I would be happy to help you with that!”

Take control of the layout before it generates a single letter. Specify the exact shape of the answer:

“Deliver this as four single line bullet points.”

“Put this in a two-column table with features on the left and benefits on the right.”

“Write this in short, two-sentence paragraphs max.”

When you set the format upfront, you eliminate 80% of the cleanup work you normally have to do after copying the text out.

Step 3: Tell It What to Avoid

This is the step almost everyone skips, and it is the main reason AI text ends up sounding like a generic corporate press release.

AI models are trained on massive datasets, which means their natural instinct is to use standard buzzwords, overly formal transitions, and repetitive language. If you do not want those things in your output, tell the system explicitly before it generates the response.

Include simple rules like:

Do not use corporate jargon or marketing buzzwords.

Do not use em dashes, hyphens, or emojis.

Avoid fluffy intros or conversational filler. Get straight to the point.

Eliminating what you hate in advance saves you from manually deleting it line by line later on.

Step 4: Give Direct Instructions

Be explicit about the exact action you want the model to perform. Avoid vague language like “look at this” or “help me with this.” Use strong action verbs that define the task clearly.

Tell it to analyze, summarize, rewrite, extract, or categorize. The clearer you are about the action, the less room the system has to guess what you meant.

The Optional Step 5: Provide Context and Resources

This last step is optional for quick tasks, but if you are doing complex work, it is the secret weapon that changes everything.

AI can only work with what it knows. If you give it a general prompt, it gives you a general answer. But if you provide raw materials, the quality of the output jumps immediately.

Attach a document. Upload a screenshot. Paste in raw notes from a meeting. Provide a PDF of your existing brand guidelines. When you give the AI real context from your actual business or daily life, it stops generating generic advice and starts giving you practical solutions tailored to your situation.

Moving From Prompts to Implementation

Using AI effectively is not about memorizing complex scripts or buying prompt bundles. It is about learning to communicate your needs clearly.

When you combine a clear outcome, a specific format, strict boundary rules, direct action steps, and real context, you stop fighting the technology. You spend less time tweaking bad answers and more time actually getting things done inside your business.

We are all figuring out how to integrate these tools into our daily routines in real time. Try using this four-step framework on your next task and see how much faster you get to a usable answer.

Content creation is hard. I say that not to scare anybody off, but because I think we need to hear it more often. Somewhere along the way, we started believing that if something feels hard, we must be doing it wrong. That’s just not true. Hard doesn’t mean impossible. It just means hard.

Here’s a thought that’s been sitting with me lately: your Day 1 is never going to look like someone else’s Day 100. Not even close. When you scroll through content from creators or business owners who seem like they’ve got it figured out, you’re not watching their beginning. You’re watching their hundredth attempt. Their hundredth video. Their hundredth post that finally landed. It’s easy to forget that, and honestly, I forget it too sometimes.

Can I keep it real with y’all for a second? I’m working on a new app right now, and it came from something pretty small. My son plays soccer, and over the course of watching his season play out, I noticed a gap — a need that a lot of soccer parents deal with that nobody’s really solved yet. So I started building something for it.

But here’s what I already know going in: building the app is one thing. Getting people to actually know it exists is a completely different job. That means content. Consistent content. Not “whenever I feel inspired” content, but the kind you show up for even when you don’t feel like it.

And that’s where it gets hard again, because staying consistent is the part that breaks most people. It’s not usually the big dramatic failures that stop someone from finishing what they started. It’s the slow fade. The skipped week that turns into a skipped month.

Here’s what I’ve learned, though, and it’s probably the most important part of this whole thing: it’s not motivation that keeps you going. Motivation runs out. It always does, no matter how fired up you were on day one. What actually keeps you going is support — other people. Somebody checking in on you. Somebody asking, “Hey, you still working on that thing?” That question alone has kept me moving on days I really didn’t feel like it.

Now let’s zoom out, because this isn’t just about my app, and it’s not just about content creators either. This is about every single business trying to compete right now.

Twenty years ago, you could open a business and, in a lot of ways, just exist. Word of mouth carried a lot of the weight. A good location, a good reputation, maybe a newspaper ad here and there. That was often enough.

That’s not how it works anymore. If you’re not creating content consistently, somebody else is, and they’re taking the attention your business needed. It doesn’t matter if you’re a soccer app, a local plumber, or a Fortune 500 company. The content isn’t optional anymore. It’s the job now, right alongside whatever product or service you’re actually offering.

So here’s what I want you to take away from all this. Your Day 1 is allowed to be rough. It’s allowed to be slow, messy, and honestly kind of embarrassing when you look back on it later. That’s normal. Just don’t try to do it alone. Find your people — the ones who will check in on you, who will nudge you forward on the days motivation doesn’t show up on its own.

Because Day 100 is coming whether you quit or not. You might as well still be around when it gets here.

If you’re starting something new right now — a business, an app, a content platform, whatever it is — I’d genuinely love to hear what your “Day 1” looks like. Drop a comment and let me know. And if you want to follow along as I build this app out loud, mistakes and all, come hang out on the channel.

You’ve probably used AI today already. Maybe it wrote an email for you. Maybe it helped you brainstorm a caption, build a spreadsheet formula, or write a few lines of code.

And if you’re anything like me, some small part of you paused for a second and thought: can I actually trust this?

Let’s talk about that. Because I don’t think enough people are saying it out loud.

The Moment That Made Me Stop and Think

This week I was building a small tool using AI to help me code. That’s not new for me. I do it often. But I always follow the same rule, one I picked up from 24 years as a software developer: after AI writes code, I have it run its own security check. I ask it to look for vulnerabilities, weak points, anything that could cause a problem down the road.

This time, it found some.

In its own code.

And that stopped me for a second. Because here’s the question that followed me around for the rest of the day:

Why didn’t it catch that the first time? Why did I have to ask?

That’s the part that gets me. Not that AI made a mistake. Mistakes happen, tools fail, that’s normal. What got me was that the check wasn’t automatic. It only happened because I knew to ask for it.

If You’re Not Technical, This Should Matter to You Even More

Here’s the thing I keep coming back to. Because I have a technical background, I know to ask the follow-up question. I know what a vulnerability check even is. I know what to look for when something feels off.

But you might not. And that’s not a knock on you. It’s just not your job to know that. You’re running a business, managing leads, trying to grow, trying to keep your head above water. You shouldn’t have to become a cybersecurity expert just to use a tool that’s supposed to save you time.

That gap, between what AI can do and what people actually know to check for, is exactly where things go wrong. Not because AI is bad. Because it’s being used without anyone standing in the gap to catch what it misses.

Trust With AI Isn’t Something You Give. It’s Something You Build.

I’m not telling you to abandon AI. I use it every single day, and it’s made a real difference in how fast I can build, create, and solve problems.

But trust isn’t a switch you flip on. It’s built the same way you’d build trust with a new employee or a new business partner. Slowly, by checking their work, seeing where they’re strong, and knowing exactly where they need a second set of eyes.

The businesses and creators who are going to win with AI over the next few years aren’t the ones who trust it blindly. They’re the ones who know how to use it and know when to double-check it.

That’s the whole reason I do what I do. I’m not here to convince you AI is magic. I’m here to help you actually understand it. What it’s good at, where it needs supervision, and how to use it in a way that actually moves your business forward instead of creating new problems you didn’t know to look for.

Where This Actually Shows Up in Business

This isn’t just a “coding” problem. The same gap shows up everywhere AI touches your business:

AI chatbots handling your leads, and missing follow-ups because nobody set them up right

Automated email sequences that sound robotic instead of like you

Lead generation tools that collect leads but never actually nurture them

Growth systems that look automated on the surface but are quietly leaking opportunities underneath

Just like that code, these systems can look like they’re working while something important slips through unchecked.

So, What Do You Do With This?

Simple. You don’t need to become an AI expert. You just need someone in your corner who already is one. Someone who checks the work, closes the gaps, and builds the systems the right way the first time.

That’s exactly what I help people do.

If you’re ready to actually use AI and tech the right way in your business, whether that’s learning it yourself, getting hands-on coaching, or having it done for you completely. I can help with:

Lead generation systems that actually bring in the right people

Lead follow-up automation so no opportunity slips through the cracks

Growth strategy built around tools that work for you, not just tools that sound impressive

You don’t have to figure this out alone, and you definitely don’t have to become the person who catches every mistake before it costs you a customer.

Reach out today and let’s talk about what learning, coaching, or a fully done-for-you AI & Tech system could look like for your business. Whether you’re just curious or ready to build, I’m here to help you bridge the gap from curiosity to implementation.

Because the businesses winning with AI right now aren’t the ones with the fanciest tools. They’re the ones who trust it and verify it, every time.

It’s Not the AI. It’s You.

Every week, a new AI tool launches, a flashy demo drops, and your inbox fills up with newsletters promising “the one prompt to change your life.”

But let’s get one thing straight: AI isn’t the problem. Execution is.

The truth most people won’t say out loud is that you don’t need another AI app. You don’t need to join another Discord. And you definitely don’t need to bookmark 37 more ChatGPT prompt lists.

You need to execute.

And that’s exactly what we’re breaking down in this post.

The AI Tool Obsession: A Digital Mirage

Let’s talk about it.

You’ve:

Subscribed to 5 new AI tools in the last month

Downloaded 10 “free” productivity prompts

Tried out a logo generator for a project you haven’t started

Spent 3 hours on YouTube watching “Top 10 AI Tools of 2025”

And yet… nothing has actually changed.

No shipped project.
No optimized workflow.
No new revenue.
No finished product.

Sound familiar?

You’re not building. You’re browsing.

And deep down, you know it.

Why Collecting Tools Feels Productive (But Isn’t)

Psychologists call it productive procrastination. You’re doing something that feels like work — learning, researching, saving links — but it doesn’t move the needle.

It’s safer to collect AI tools than to commit to using one.

Why? Because once you execute, there’s a chance you’ll fail.

You’ll find out that maybe you don’t know how to sell your idea. Or that your offer isn’t resonating. Or that your automation didn’t work on the first try.

Execution exposes you.
So instead, you hoard tools as a form of digital preparation that never leads to action.

Let me hit you with this:

Collecting tools is just fear in a productivity costume.

Enter EAT: Execute with AI and Tech

You don’t need more tools.
You need to EAT.

What is EAT?

EAT = Execute with AI and Tech

It’s a mindset and a methodology.

Instead of juggling 12 apps, start with:

One tool

One problem

One result

That’s it.

No fluff. No faking productivity. No hiding behind tutorials.

For example:

Use ChatGPT to write your next sales page and publish it today.

Use Zapier to automate your new lead follow-up process.

Use Notion AI to plan and structure your next YouTube script — and record it tonight.

Simple execution stacks. Real action. Real results.

The Harsh Truth: AI Won’t Replace You—But I Might

You’ve heard the cliché:

“AI won’t take your job. Someone who knows how to use AI will.”

Here’s the unfiltered version:

I will.

And not because I’m smarter. Not because I know more tools.

Because I’m executing while you’re still planning.

The people winning with AI aren’t the most talented or the most tech-savvy — they’re just the ones who:

Ship ideas

Automate their repetitive tasks

Get more done in less time

You don’t need to be an engineer. You don’t need to “know code.”

You just need to stop pretending and start pressing “publish.”

From Pretender to Producer: How to Actually Use AI to Build

Here’s the checklist for getting real about AI and tech execution:

1. Pick a Real Problem

Not a hypothetical one.

Is your onboarding process broken?

Are leads going cold?

Are you spending hours responding to the same emails?

Good. Now let’s solve it.

2. Choose ONE Tool That Solves It

Pick the tool that fits — not the trendiest one.

Email automation? Try MailerLite, ConvertKit, or even ChatGPT with Zapier.

Proposal generator? Use Notion, DocsAI, or Typedream with AI plugins.

Stop overthinking. Pick and move.

3. Get a Result

Set a micro-goal:

“Publish one blog post with ChatGPT in 60 minutes.”

“Send a cold email sequence to 10 leads by tonight.”

“Automate invoice reminders by Friday.”

Ship it. Learn. Iterate.

Stop Chasing Hacks — Build Real Leverage

AI isn’t a cheat code. It’s a leverage amplifier.

But leverage only matters if you’re actually doing something.

Every day you delay execution is another day someone else builds the business, app, or content you’ve been “thinking about.”

And when it launches?

You’ll swear they “beat you to it.”

But they didn’t.

They just started.

You Don’t Need More AI Tools. You Need Grit.

Here’s what nobody on your AI subreddit or YouTube tutorial binge will tell you:

Productivity isn’t sexy.

It’s not aesthetics. It’s not the cleanest dashboard. It’s not your Notion template.

It’s about waking up, choosing a task, and finishing it — even if it’s ugly.

And if you’re always jumping from one tool to another? You’re not being productive. You’re being distracted.

Prove Me Wrong: Show Your Work

Don’t comment “” or “facts.”

Tell me what you’ve actually built with AI in the last 30 days.

A landing page?

A client onboarding system?

A content schedule that runs itself?

Let’s see it.

Around here, we don’t chase hacks.
We EAT.

Final Thoughts: The AI Execution Revolution

This moment in tech is unlike anything we’ve seen before. The people who build now will own the next 5–10 years.

But here’s the key:

The winners aren’t watching. They’re working.

So the next time you feel overwhelmed by AI?

Don’t look for another tool.

Look in the mirror.

And then?

EXECUTE.

In this article, we will delve into the key features to look for in a solopreneur-friendly CRM and how it can empower you to take your business to new heights. So let’s dive in and discover how a CRM can be your secret weapon for solopreneur success.

What is a CRM and why is it important for solopreneurs?

Being a solopreneur comes with its own set of challenges. Unlike larger businesses with dedicated teams, solopreneurs have to wear multiple hats and handle all aspects of their business themselves. This can quickly become overwhelming and lead to burnout. Solopreneurs often struggle with time management, customer relationship management, and maintaining a work-life balance.

Without a proper system in place, it’s easy to lose track of important tasks, forget to follow up with leads, and miss out on potential sales opportunities. This is where a CRM can be a game-changer for solopreneurs. By automating repetitive tasks, organizing customer data, and providing valuable insights, a CRM can help solopreneurs overcome these challenges and achieve success.

Benefits of using a solopreneur CRM

A CRM, or Customer Relationship Management system, is a software tool that helps businesses manage their interactions and relationships with customers. It allows businesses to store customer data, track communication history, and automate various sales and marketing processes. While CRMs are commonly used by larger companies, they are equally beneficial for solopreneurs.

A CRM is important for solopreneurs because it provides a centralized platform to manage all customer-related activities. It eliminates the need for manual data entry and allows solopreneurs to access customer information quickly and easily. With a solopreneur CRM, solopreneurs can track leads, manage sales pipelines, and nurture customer relationships more effectively.

In addition, a CRM provides valuable insights into customer behavior and preferences, enabling solopreneurs to tailor their products and services accordingly. By understanding customer needs and delivering personalized experiences, solopreneurs can build long-term relationships and increase customer loyalty.

Choosing the right CRM for your solopreneur business

Using a CRM offers numerous benefits for solopreneurs. Here are some of the key advantages:

1. Time-saving automation: One of the biggest advantages of using a CRM as a solopreneur is the ability to automate repetitive tasks. By automating processes such as lead capture, follow-ups, and email marketing, solopreneurs can save time and focus on more important aspects of their business.

2. Improved organization: With a CRM, solopreneurs can keep all customer data in one place. This makes it easy to access information, track interactions, and stay organized. No more searching through spreadsheets or email threads to find important details.

3. Enhanced customer relationships: A CRM allows solopreneurs to provide better customer service by keeping track of customer interactions and preferences. Solopreneurs can use this valuable information to personalize their communication, offer relevant products or services, and build stronger relationships with their customers.

4. Streamlined sales process: A CRM helps solopreneurs manage their sales pipeline more efficiently. They can track leads, schedule follow-ups, and monitor the progress of each deal. This ensures that no potential sale slips through the cracks and helps solopreneurs close deals faster.

5. Data-driven decision making: A CRM provides valuable insights into customer behavior, sales performance, and marketing campaigns. Solopreneurs can use this data to make informed decisions, identify trends, and optimize their business strategies.

Setting up and customizing your CRM for optimal use

When it comes to choosing a CRM for your solopreneur business, it’s important to consider your specific needs and requirements. Here are some factors to consider:

1. Ease of use: As a solopreneur, you need a CRM that is intuitive and easy to use. Look for a CRM with a user-friendly interface and simple navigation. Avoid complex systems that require extensive training or technical knowledge.

2. Scalability: While you may be a solopreneur now, your business may grow in the future. Choose a CRM that can accommodate your future needs and allows for scalability. Make sure it can handle increased data volume and user accounts without compromising performance.

3. Customization options: Every solopreneur has unique requirements. Look for a CRM that offers customization options, allowing you to tailor the system to your specific needs. This includes customizable fields, workflows, and reporting capabilities.

4. Integration capabilities: Consider the other tools and platforms you use in your business. Choose a CRM that integrates seamlessly with these tools, such as email marketing software, project management systems, and accounting software. This will ensure smooth data flow and eliminate the need for manual data entry.

5. Cost: As a solopreneur, budget is always a consideration. Look for a CRM that offers flexible pricing options, such as monthly subscriptions or pay-as-you-go plans. Avoid long-term contracts or hidden fees that can put a strain on your finances.

CRM features and functionalities for solopreneurs

Once you have chosen the right solopreneur CRM for your solopreneur business, it’s time to set it up and customize it for optimal use. Here are some steps to follow:

1. Define your goals: Start by identifying your business goals and objectives. What do you want to achieve with your CRM? This will help you determine which features and functionalities are most important to your business.

2. Clean up your data: Before importing your data into the CRM, take the time to clean it up. Remove duplicate entries, standardize formats, and ensure data accuracy. This will prevent any issues with data integrity and make it easier to work with your solopreneur CRM.

3. Customize fields and workflows: Tailor your solopreneur CRM to your specific needs by customizing fields and workflows. This includes adding custom fields to capture relevant information, creating automated workflows for lead nurturing or sales processes, and setting up reminders for important tasks.

4. Train yourself: Familiarize yourself with the CRM’s features and functionalities. Take advantage of training resources, tutorials, and support documentation provided by the CRM provider. The more you know about your CRM, the more effectively you can leverage its capabilities.

5. Import your data: Once you are ready, import your existing data into the CRM. This can include customer contacts, sales opportunities, and any other relevant information. Ensure that the data is mapped correctly and verify its accuracy after the import.

Integrating your solopreneur CRM with other tools and platforms

A solopreneur-friendly CRM should have specific features and functionalities that cater to the unique needs of solopreneurs. Here are some key features to look for:

1. Contact management: A solopreneur CRM should provide a centralized database for storing and managing customer contacts. Look for features such as contact segmentation, tagging, and notes to keep track of important details.

2. Task and calendar management: Solopreneurs need a CRM that helps them stay organized and manage their tasks effectively. Look for features such as task lists, reminders, and calendar integration to ensure you never miss an important deadline.

Conclusion: The impact of a CRM on solopreneur success

Money is not needed to make money in affiliate marketing

No money? No problem! Affiliate marketing is a way to make money online in a lot of different ways. There are affiliate programs that pay you a commission for every sale made through your referral link, and there are websites that offer an affiliate program for you to advertise their products on your site. The key to making money in affiliate marketing is to find the right website to promote.

A lot of people seeking financial opportunities, or those that just want to work from home, find themselves turning to affiliate marketing as a way to make money. But what is affiliate marketing and how does it work? If you don’t know much about this field, let’s cover some basics.

Affiliate Marketing is the process where an online retailer compensates affiliates for each visitor they send their way. Affiliates can be bloggers or video creators. Affiliate marketers don’t have to be an extrovert. Introverts do very well as affiliate marketers.

That couldn’t be farther from the truth, affiliate marketing can be time consuming and difficult to set up. With no money, there are still ways to do it that don’t require any investment other than time and effort.

First, you will need to sign up for an account with an affiliate network like ClickBank or Commission Junction. These networks connect businesses with affiliates, who then work together to advertise that company’s products and services.

How it works: Money is not needed to make money in affiliate marketing.

It can be achieved through social media and blogging, by creating posts with links directing readers to products and services they may be interested in. Blogging is a great way to get traffic too.

When someone tells you that you need money to make money, they are not telling the truth. In reality, all you really need is a marketing strategy. Blogging about relevant topics to your niche will naturally attract followers and help you earn money over time. If you post regularly and consistently, you will be able to turn your blog into a money-making machine.

One of the best ways to make money in affiliate marketing is through social media. You can establish your own blog on a site like WordPress and promote products on Facebook, Twitter, and other social media platforms. Social media platforms offer a low-cost way for companies to advertise their products to a wide variety of people who have an increased interest in that product or company.

You have a popular website, and you want to sell your products through it. This is easy to do. You create a social media account, and then you make a few friends. You then promote products on social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter.

Free or Low Cost Tools to start affiliate marketing to make money online

These tools will enable you to build your business and manage your accounts for a long time without having to spend a fortune.

Building Your Email List for affiliate marketing

It is no secret that there are many ways to make money online. One of those ways is through affiliate marketing. Affiliate marketing is a way to make money by promoting the products of others online. You don’t need any money to start this career, you just need a few skills and some common sense. Using software tools like Optinly will allow you to easily capture emails and allow you to add them to your email list and also your email follow up sequences with tools like Vbout and Active Campaign.

Paid Traffic Methods

Paid traffic methods are how people with no money can start making money in affiliate marketing. There are certain strategies that work better than others, but the most important thing is to be consistent and persistent with your efforts.

Most people consider paid traffic methods to be their last resource, after they’ve exhausted all other possible options in order to make money. This is usually because they’re not aware of the numerous ways that these methods can be combined in order to increase their chances of success.

Making money in affiliate marketing is not impossible. If you’re looking for a way to start your business without any capital investment, these tips will be of great use to you:

-Use Facebook ads: create a new campaign on Facebook with your interest group, and focus on people within that group who are already interested in your topic. Your goal is to reach the maximum amount of people possible.

– Google Ads: Although Google Ads are more expensive that Facebook ads, you have much better targeting and the people are actually searching for your product or service you are promoting. If you have a good product or service for your affiliate program, getting the right audience targeted and the right landing page message is the key to conversion.

–Twitter Ads: Twitter ads allow you to get in front of many to showcase the product or service you are promoting and you can use keywords to better target your audience. Also, if you have built up a following on Twitter, you can segment and target these users for your affiliate product or affiliate service.

–TikTok Ads: At the time of writing this article, I haven’t used TikTok Ads for Affiliate Marketing, but it’s on my to-do list of paid traffic sources. Right now, advertising on TikTok is cheap and the platform is very popular to the younger demographic and expanding to older people too. I am sure the platform is just as good as some of the other paid ad platforms and should get better over time.

Just Get Started With Affiliate Marketing

There are plenty of ways to make money in affiliate marketing without needing any money. Affiliate marketing is a popular way to make money online without needing any start up money. The Internet has made it so there is no longer a need for advertising and marketing firms or any other expensive resources. All you need is a good idea and the right platform to promote your service and you can generate an income with no budget.
The post How to Make Money in Affiliate Marketing with No Money appeared first on Christopher Morrell Walker: Helping Others Make AI & Tech Simple | 24+ Yr Software Developer | 15+ Yr Digital Marketer.

As one of the hottest social media platforms, TikTok has taken the advertising world by storm. And with its unique features and vast pool of users, it’s no wonder why brands are flocking to the app.

But before you can start reaping the benefits of TikTok ads, you need to know how to track them and track the visitors who visit your website or links. That’s where TikTok Ads Tracking Pixel comes in.

TikTok Ads Tracking Pixel is a feature that allows you to easily put your ads in front of visitors to your website or URLs. This is important because it helps you engage with people who have shown an interest in your products or services. It also helps because you will be spending more ad dollars toward a warmer audience vs a cold audience.

Fortunately, setting up your TikTok Ads Tracking pixel is a breeze. In just a few simple steps, you’ll be able to track your ads and make sure they’re reaching your target audience.

How to create a TikTok Ads Tracking pixel

I created a video that walks you through the process of finding your TikTok Ad Tracking Pixel. The first thing you will need is a TikTok account of course, but you will also need to sign up for their business ads platform separately. Visit here to get started https://ads.tiktok.com/

In order to have a successful business, you need to have a clear focus and be consistent with your actions. This is because, if you are constantly changing your goals or strategies, you will never be able to see the results of your hard work. However, if you maintain a single-minded focus on your goals and are consistent in your efforts, you will eventually reach a point of success.

A successful business doesn’t happen overnight. It takes hard work, focus, and consistency to see growth. Many businesses start out with a great idea, but not all of them are able to maintain that momentum and grow into a successful company. So what separates successful businesses from the ones that fizzle out?

For one, successful businesses have a clear focus. They know what their goals are and they stay laser-focused on achieving them. They don’t get sidetracked by shiny new objects or every new trend that comes along. Instead, they stay focused on their core offerings and continue to find ways to improve them.

In addition to having a clear focus, successful businesses are also consistent in their efforts. They don’t give up after a few setbacks; they keep going, even when things are tough. Instead of giving up, they find new ways to adapt and overcome. Finally, successful businesses also create a sense of urgency. They know that if they don’t seize the moment, they’ll lose their chance and someone else will be there to take it.

In order to achieve success in business, one must maintain focus and act with consistency. This is true for small businesses as well as large corporations. Many companies make the mistake of growing too quickly without first ensuring that their foundations are solid. This can lead to a loss of control and eventually to bankruptcy. Instead, it is better to grow slowly and steadily, always keeping the end goal in mind. By staying focused and consistent, any business can achieve lasting success.

Maintaining focus and consistency are both important for businesses that want to grow. Without focus, businesses can quickly become scattered, wasting time and resources on initiatives that don’t align with their goals. And without consistency, even the most focused businesses can lose steam, failing to follow through on their plans.

The best way to maintain focus and consistency is to have a clear vision for your business and make sure everyone in the organization is aligned with it. Once you have a shared understanding of what you’re trying to achieve, you can start setting measurable goals and putting systems in place to track progress.

But even with the best planning, there will always be unexpected challenges and distractions. That’s why it’s so important to stay focused on your goals and continue working towards them, even when things get tough.

Why focus is important for businesses?

The secret to success is not what you think. It’s not about taking action, it’s not about working hard, and it’s not even really about the results that you are getting. The secret is focus. Focus on a single goal and the single action steps it takes to accomplish that goal. When you focus on a single action, you can accomplish amazing things. Even when you look at some of the world’s most successful people, one thing is common among them. They are all focused on one thing. They all have one goal that they are working towards. They all have one consistent action that they do every day to get them closer to achieving that goal. When you focus on your goal, you are more likely to accomplish it because you are more likely to work on it. You can accomplish amazing things when you focus your time and energy on one goal at a time.

Have you ever tried to focus on more than one thing at a time? Or I should say, have you ever tried to focus on more than one thing at a time and been successful? Most people have tried to multitask at some point, but the truth is, multitasking is a myth. The human brain is not capable of multitasking and is actually designed to focus on one task at a time. When you try to do multiple things at once, your productivity goes way down, and you’re not able to focus on any of those tasks. When you’re trying to do too much at once, you’re not focusing on anything. When you’re not focusing on anything, you’re not going to be successful at anything.

Focus is important for businesses because it allows them to grow. Consistency is important because it allows businesses to maintain their focus and continue growing.

Businesses are always growing and trying to expand, but the hard part is figuring out how to grow your business to the next level. It all starts with focusing your time and energy on the right channels. If you’re looking to grow your business, you need to figure out how to get your business to focus. There are a lot of things businesses can do to expand and grow their customer base, but they need to figure out what they need to do to grow and focus their business growth. Focus is important for businesses because if businesses don’t focus, they’ll end up spreading themselves too thin and they’ll never be able to grow. A business can do so much to grow their customer base, but they need to make sure they’re focusing on the right things to do.

When a business is able to focus on its goals, it is able to achieve them. This in turn leads to growth. Growth is essential for businesses because it allows them to expand their reach, increase their profits, and hire more employees. It also allows businesses to better compete in their industries.

Why consistency is important for businesses?

Consistency is just as important as focus when it comes to business growth. A business that is able to maintain its focus will be more likely to see consistent growth. This is because they will be better able to achieve their goals and continue expanding their reach.

Businesses are always looking for ways to grow and get more customers. They want to become more productive and sell more products. And they want to do it all without having to spend more time and resources. This is where consistency and focus come into play. Many companies achieve success because they are able to stay focused on what they do and who they serve. As a result, they become experts in their field, which leads to a high level of success. But to really achieve success with your business, you have to stay consistent.

Starting a business is not easy. Unless you are a big company with a big budget, you will have to take a lot of risks. You may have to make sacrifices, especially when it comes to your personal life. But the good thing about it is that you will enjoy it more because you are doing what you love. It is this passion that will help you through the long hours, the long days, and the hard work. It is this passion that will get you through the sleepless nights when you have to figure out how to pay that huge bill. It is this passion that will give you the energy to keep going despite failures, rejections, and criticisms.

How to be consistent and not get distracted in your business efforts?

Consistency is the biggest killer of businesses. When a business grows, it will be tempted to try new things, expand into new markets, and add new products and services. This is all well and good, but the trick is to manage those growths in a way that maintains the consistency and quality that made you successful in the first place. Consistency does not always mean business stagnation. A business can grow and maintain the same level of consistency. Businesses that have been around for a long time usually have a very good idea of who their target audience is, what that audience’s needs are, and what they are looking for in a product or service. If a business decides to expand into new markets or create new products, it is best to do so in a way that is consistent with the original business’ goals and image. A business should not try to be all things to all people. Doing so will only dilute the overall brand and weaken the business’ overall core.

The benefits of focus and consistency

As a small business owner, it often feels like there’s never enough time in the day to get everything done. It also feels like every time you make some progress with your business, something else pops up that you have to take care of. This can be a very frustrating feeling, but it’s also a feeling that too many business owners accept as part of the business game. The truth is that you don’t have to take it. You can do things differently and focus on what’s truly important to your business. That’s why today, we’re going to dive into a topic that a lot of business owners ignore: consistency. I firmly believe that consistency is the key to successful business growth.

The biggest secret to successful business growth is consistency and focus. You need to be consistent in your efforts and not get distracted if you want to see results.

There are a few things you can do to help you stay focused and on track:

1. Set clear goals for what you want to achieve and break them down into smaller, manageable tasks.

2. Make a plan of action and stick to it. This means setting aside time each day or week to work on your business, and then following through with those commitments.

3. Eliminate distractions by making sure you have a quiet, uninterrupted space to work, turning off your phone, and avoiding social media or other online temptations.

4. Stay motivated by remembering why you started your business in the first place and keeping that goal in mind as you work.

5. And stay focused and consistent!

Focus and consistency are key to seeing success in your business. Keep at it and you’ll eventually see the fruit of your labour.
